Fitness Journey Shizuoka Walk on !

Tokyo Gymnasium in Shinjuku has been closed since the Tokyo Olympic games, but it is going to resume its business operation in mid December 2021. This facility is a favorite swimming spot of my friend in Tokyo, and he is looking forward to enjoying swimming there. The photo is Setagaya Gymnasium in Kinuta in which he has been enjoying walking in the pool during in these two years. and autumn faliage in the park next to the facility.

新宿体育館、東京オリンピックのため一般利用ができない状態が続いていましたが、12月中旬に一般利用が再開されるそうです。東京の友人はこの施設に水泳に何年も通っており、使用できない期間中は砧の世田谷体育館のプールを利用していたそうです。久しぶりに東京体育館で泳げるのを友人は楽しみにしています、と同時に世田谷体育館への愛着も感じているようです。写真は、友人がここ2年程慣れ親しんだ世田谷体育館と砧公園の紅葉です。
