What is the difference between " fate " and " destiny " ?
Fate is a circumstance made by factors that are uncontrollable by yourself.
Whereas, there is a room for making efforts, showing compassion and so on in " destiny "
So to speak, fate and destiny are intertwined in our lives.
「運命」という意味の英語は fate と destiny がありますが、どう違うのでしょうか？
fate というのは、自分自身ではコントロールしたり逆らうことのできない状況・状態を意味するようです。
一方、destiny は、自分で努力をしたり、状況に関わる人に思いやりを示したりする余地があるようです。つまり、努力や思いやりで変わり得る運命ということでしょうか。
毎日の生活や人生というのは、このふたつが絡み合って創られていきますよね。
