Diary March 27th 2019

As I wrote yesterday, I had been sick for the past four days due to a bad cold. Fortunately the symptoms are improving from yesterday, so I resumed my workout this morning with very light exercise of 3 sets of deadlift, 3 sets of dumbbell pullover, and 2 sets of abmat crunch, and a 10 minute of brisk walking. Of course my condition is not yet 100 %, thus, even the 10 minute walking made me feel it was a long distance. But I feel good so well, like it's a beutiful day to be alive !   Have a nice day everyone.
昨日書いた通り、ここ3~4日程、風邪をひいて仕事以外はほとんど横になっていたため、すっかりカラダが鈍ってしまった。今朝、様子を見つつトレーニングを再開。デッドリフト3セット、プルオーバー3セット、クランチ2セット、10分のウォーキング、これだけですが、良い刺激になりました。
