current shape   December 28th 2012

cuz i haven't uploaded my photos lately
today i wanna show u that i'm fine as ever

this is one i took after today's workout
today's workout was for back muscles
therefore muscles on the back are pumped up just after the training
usually my physique is flatter than this condition
(please don't overestimate me)
as u can c, there is much room for improvement  !
i want more muscle mass especially on trapezius & rhomboid

size        as of now
height :   a bit shorter than 5 foot 7     168-169cm
weight :  135-139 lbs                          61-63kg
久しぶりに近況の写真をアップしますね
本日のトレーニング後の1枚です

背中のトレーニング直後でパンプしている上、ラットスプレッドしてます
普段はもっとフラットなカラダです
ご覧のとおり弱点だらけですが、特に僧帽筋~菱形筋周辺を強化したく思います
