まず、今日、僕が皆さんにお話したことは、「なるべく毎日、体重を測る」ということです。もちろん、体重計に毎日乗ったからといって、それだけで痩せるわけではありません。しかし、体重の変化を毎日チェックすることで、運動や食べるモノへの意識は確実に高まります。 まずは、これを習慣づけることが成功への第一歩です。  今年度も皆さんと共に楽しく健康体力づくりをしたいと思います。

x-syndrome prevention courses at the public health centers in the city in 2009 fiscal year have started from today.    as the name implies, th main aim of that course is to prevent and ease life style related disease symptoms like obesity , high blood pressure, high blood lipids and so on.   as you know, these symptons are called as x-syndrome these days.   and in japan  it is called metabolic syndrome.   the biggest concern is that accumulation of excess fat around internal organs<visceral fat> can leard to risk of developing cardio vascular disease and stroke and so on.

what i indicated to participants today was to be conscious of your weight ,  what mean by that is ... to get on the scale as everyday as possible.     of course,  to get on the scale itself doesnt expend so much calorie,    but by doing so,  your consciousness toward better direction is heightened .    to make checking your weight everyday a part of dailylife is the first step for successful weight loss.
