I was off today, and went to Motimune beach to take a walk along the coast. I think my clients begin to be bored for the contents of my lesson cause I havent changed it for a while, and now I know the necessity to rethink . Thanks to the power of nature, lots of good idea hit me !! I 'll try them tomorrow !
今日は休み。気分転換に用宗の海へ。ここ数ヶ月、同じような内容のレッスンを続けていたので、そろそろ変化をつけないと生徒さんも飽き始める頃です。海辺を散歩しながら、レッスン内容など考えていました。今日考えた内容を早速、明日のレッスンで試してみるッス。（写真は広野臨海公園）
Today was my fourth lesson at a rehabilitation facility. Ailments of the participants are various from stroke , fructure to senile dimentia. Their reaction to the lessons are straight & easily understandable. If my lesson grab their interest they smile, if they feel be bored, they show no joyful reaction . Today, I saw some signs of boredom on their faces. their hope is the only one .... that is ... recoverd from the illness , want to go home early. so I should do is to mitigate their sadness by exercises..... if I could...... yes I will !!
某医療施設での運動指導も今日で４週目。参加者（患者さん）は、脳梗塞、骨折、老人性痴呆などで入院している方々です。彼等の願いはただ一つ「早く良くなって家に帰りたい」ということ。レッスンに対する反応もすごくダイレクトです。面白ければ、すごく楽しそうな表情を見せるし、退屈すれば、アッという間に無表情になります。今日は、ちょっと退屈そうにしていた方が多く、色々課題は多いです。 「ウチに帰りたい、寂しい」という不安な気持ちを、運動で少しでも軽減できれば良いのですが。
Today is my birthday and I have become 40. ( my mind & soul is still 23 or 24 as well maturity haha) I wanna thank all of u who support me always. It is quite symbolic that my birthday coincides with senior citizen's day this year, cause the object of my work is the middle & the old recently. ついに４０歳になりました（気持ちの上では２４歳位ですが・・・ハハ） いつも僕をサポートして下さる全ての皆さんに感謝です。同い歳の野口さん（宇宙飛行士）のように、ユニバーサルな中年（笑）目指して頑張ります！ 今後ともよろしくお願い致します。
Today I felt it was chilly for the first time in this season. As I arrived at the community center in Fukuroi-city for a exercise class, the room was decorated for respect for senior citizen's day on this Sunday. Off course I am not an object for the senior citizen's day, but I was bit happy in the beautifully decorated room. at the same time I felt twinge of consience too , cause we had used the room prior to the celebration day. I hope lots of people have a good time on the celebration. 袋井市の公民館にレッスンに行ったら、室内が「敬老の日」用にキレイに飾り付けられていました。もちろん、僕が敬老の日に出席するワケではないけど（笑）、キレイに飾られた部屋でレッスンできて、ちょっとハッピー！ 同時に、敬老の日よりも先に、僕らが部屋を使用してしまうことに、ちょっと申し訳ない気持ちも。 沢山の人が集まるといいね！
I went to Umegashima, a outcountry in Shizuoka-city to take a dip in hot spring bath. The spa is run by the city and the charge is very cheap 350yen / within 2hours staying . The spring seems to suit my body well because after taking the bath, my mind & muscles relaxed like a squid. Though I haven't been there, I felt like I was in heaven. haha The picture is a waterfall near the spa.
今日は温泉に入りに静岡市の梅ヶ島まで。御存知の方も多いと思いますが「黄金の湯」という市営温泉、３５０円で入浴できて施設も中々GOOD。 ここのお湯、僕の体に合っているのか、身も心もグニャグニャになります。あまりの心地良さに、温泉の休憩室で人目も気にせずストレッチしてしまいました（笑） 写真は温泉近くの滝
Shizuoka-city holds culture courses for the old in some regional community centers. Today I had a fitness lesson at a community center as a part of the course. As I wanted to know the contents of the course except my fitness lesson, I was shown the whole curriculum ,and to my surprise the curriculum includes CPR ! < cardio pulmonary resuscitation> and I think it is very good thing for the old people as well to aquire methods of life saving,
市が開催している高齢者向けの文化教養講座で「ことぶき大学」というのがあります。今日はその一環として、体力づくりのレッスンがありました。他にはどんな内容の講義があるのかカリキュラムを見せてもらったら、なんとCPR（人口呼吸などの救急蘇生法）の時間が１コマ設けられているのです。非常に意識の高いカリキュラムで感心しました。

From today I have a fitness lesson for wheel chaired people in a rehabilitation hospital on Suturdays. Most of the participants have previous history of brain stroke or leg fructure or some other serious diseases. The contents of the lesson are ......stretching & easy muscle exercises on the wheel chair and so on. This is a good oppotunity for me to broaden the width of my experience.
本日より、あるリハビリ病院で週１回フィットネスレッスンをする機会を得ました。参加者のほとんどが脚の骨折や脳梗塞などで車イスを使用している方々です。そのため、車イスに座ってのストレッチや簡単な筋トレ・体操などがメインです。暑い中、皆さんとても熱心に運動に参加して下さいました。とても良い勉強の機会になります。
今日の夕食は、昼に食べた刺身とアジフライが残ってたので、夕食も同じメニュー（ハハ恥ずかしい） ●ごはん２５０ｇ●まぐろ赤身７５ｇ●あじフライ半分●みそ汁●とうふ三分の一丁●トマト１個 ピーマン１個 長ねぎ少々 合計で約８００カロリー前後 たんぱく質は３５ｇ程度でしょうか。
夕食後、軽くトレーニングして、その後、低脂肪牛乳を１杯
というわけで、本日の僕の食事は合計約２５００カロリー たんぱく質は１００ｇ前後摂れていると思います。日によって食事メニューは変わりますし、カレーやラーメン、ピザやケーキを食べる事もありますが、基本的にはこんな食生活です。ボディビル大会が終わって２ヶ月経ちましたが、大会の時とほぼ同じ体重をキープしてます。現在の体重６０ｋｇに対してタンパク質１００ｇは、体重１ｋｇ当り１．６ｇに相当します。成長期でハードトレーニングしているならば体重１ｋｇあたり２ｇ程度のタンパク質が必要でしょうが、僕の年齢ではそんなに沢山は必要ありませんので、プロテインなどサプルメントも現在は一切摂っていません。
昼食・夕食は外食になることもありますが、出来る限り家で食べるようにしてます。今日の昼食は・・・・
●ごはん どんぶりに軽く１杯約250ｇ（375カロリー） ●まぐろの赤身75ｇ（100カロリー） ●あじフライ半分（115カロリー） ●みそ汁50カロリー ●トマト半分、枝豆少々（70カロリー） ●牛乳１杯（120カロリー） その他、麦茶と醤油 合計で約830カロリー たんぱく質は30ｇ以上摂れていると思われます
カラダづくりには食事も大切ですので、僕の普段の食事を少しずつ御紹介します。まずは、本日の朝食
●ロールパン３個（３２０カロリー） ●タマゴ１個（９５カロリー） ●ソーセージ４個（１００カロリー） ●牛乳１杯（１２０カロリー） ●ピーマン１個＆トマト少々（１５カロリー） ●ぶどう少々（２５カロリー） ●パンに塗ったマーガリン、フライパンに敷いた油、牛乳に入れたコーヒーなどで約１００カロリー） 合計で約７７５カロリー たんぱく質は２５ｇ程度でしょうか。
もちろん、必要な食事の量はカラダの大きさや年齢、目的（痩せるのか、筋肉をつけるのか？） 日常での労働量などによって違ってきます。 僕は、もう４０才目前で、カラダを作るというよりも、維持が主な目的ですので２０代の頃ほど沢山食べていません。
